Returns Policy, Exchange and Refunds

For any reason, we offer a 20 days money back guarantee. The package should be in its original packaging and not have been used. Drop us an email at admin@ukeuniverse.co.uk, and we can provide further instructions on how to process your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.

If your refund still has not come through after 7 working days, please email or call us directly. We here at Uke Universe are want to make sure our customers are fully satisfied through the awesome Uke Universe Experience!

Late or missing refunds

If you still have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact your bank/credit card company to check the status of the refund. If you find you still having further issues, please

Exchanges

We are more than happy to offer exchanges if you are not happy with your purchases (20 dayexchange policy), for items of the same value. The product returned to us must be in its original packaging and safely returned. We recommended a fully insured , trackable courier service when returning product to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item.
