Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at admin@ukeuniverse.co.uk before placing your order.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate its arrival time. We set up, quality check, carefully package and ship globally using experienced couriers for every instrument we send out.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and your location. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-5 business days, while international delivery may take longer.

For international orders, we have a flat fee of £80 for all orders. For all international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any fees/taxes due on receiving their package.
