How is my order packaged?

We double package every item with recyclable materials to ensure your instrument and/or accessory arrives to your doorstep in perfect condition.

When will you ship my order?

We will ship your order on the same day it comes in (as long as it before 1500 GMT)- and contact you immediately to notify when you should expect your order to arrive. We work closely with multiple well-respected UK couriers to get our Ukulele’s and other products to our customers in the quickest, most secure way.
