The ultra-thin line Travel is designed to go everywhere. The original Kala Travel ukulele is the Strong Spruce Mahogany Travel series. This series was first released over a decade ago and exposed the ukulele world to its actual potential as a thin ukulele, complemented by a rolling back for growing projection. This Ukulele device is in the typical two-bout shape with a sturdy spruce top.

The top is fine and finished in a stunning satin sheet. The decoration is applied in the shape of a roset and edge connecting black sound holes that connect the edges. The sides are laminate mahogany and are coated in the same satin. This ukulele is sleek, convenient, and endlessly portable. It uses its Solid Spruce top's power and warmth to provide a huge sound. Each ukulele features a custom Kala gig bag that is custom thin for travel protection. The Kala Solid Spruce Travel Concert Ukulele is light and convenient to hold, but the contrast of its lightweight, slightly arched back and its natural, light spruce top gives it an incredible punch and bulk. The arched back is designed to deliver a huge sound.
