1st, 2nd and 4th strings are New Nylgut, 3rd is a RED string. Made in Italy from a synthetic material called New Nylgut, a new formulation of polymerized plastic with additives patented by Aquila and has the closest sound to gut strings we have heard. Strings are about 31 inches long. Approximate gauges, 1st to 4th: 024 031 031 026. GCEA tuning.
