The Spruce is known for its clarity, dynamic range, and response, while Ebony gives a high bass and reactive highs for a well-rounded sound profile. Solid wood is the pure and most resonant tone-wood form and needs much greater accuracy to be correctly built. Over time, strong trees create a stronger sound year after year as wood drains. From all concert, tenor, and Baritone models, the Baritone is the one that comes with cutaway and electronics features.
